The Bible does not support heterosexuality. The texts that follow show God does not support heterosexuality.
Heterosexuals Brought Sin into the World
Adam and Eve sinned and caused the fall of humanity, not Adam and Steve. You can read about the story of how heterosexuals brought sin into the world in Genesis Chapter 3. This shows that heterosexuals, not homosexuals, are to blame for sin.
Heterosexuality is Cursed
God cursed heterosexuality, causing childbirth to be a time of sorrow.
Genesis 3:16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire [shall be] to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.
Heterosexual Lust is a Sin
In the ten commandments, God condemns heterosexual lust. Gay lust is not listed in the ten commandments as a sin. This shows Godís disapproval of heterosexuality.
Exodus 20:17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife.
Heterosexual Activities are Filthy and Unclean
Leviticus 15:18 The woman also with whom man shall lie [with] seed of copulation, they shall [both] bathe [themselves] in water, and be unclean until the even.
Clearly God recognizes the inherent filthiness of heterosexual relationships.
Leviticus 20:18 And if a man shall lie with a woman having her sickness, and shall uncover her nakedness; he hath discovered her fountain, and she hath uncovered the fountain of her blood: and both of them shall be cut off from among their people.
Heterosexual relationships during a womanís period are so disgusting that even God indicates those who have sex then are to be cut off from His people.
Gay Love is Better than Heterosexual Love
The Bible clearly indicates gay love is better than straight love. David thoughts, when reflecting on his love for Jonathan, are recorded in 2 Samuel 1:26. I am distressed for thee, my brother Jonathan: very pleasant hast thou been unto me: thy love to me was wonderful, passing the love of women.
The Creation Case
Genesis 1:27 - 28 So God created man in his [own] image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
Here we see the command to be fruitful and multiply. God chose His wording carefully. Gay people are commonly called fruits. You will notice that the Godís command to be fruitful comes before the command to multiply. This shows that being gay takes precedence over being straight. God intended humanity to be gay and to only have sexual relationships with people of the opposite gender to preserve humanity from extinction.
God gave the same command to the animals. That is why one can see same-gender sexual relationships among animals.
Genesis 8:17 Bring forth with thee every living thing that [is] with thee, of all flesh, [both] of fowl, and of cattle, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth; that they may breed abundantly in the earth, and be fruitful, and multiply upon the earth.
Godís gay creation was seen by the ancient Biblical writers. David, the Psalmist recognized Godís gay creation.
Psa 148:9 Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars.
The Flood Case
The Lord destroyed the earth with a flood. He destroyed the earth, because it was filled with evil. One of those evils must have been heterosexuality, because on the newly cleansed earth, Noah and His sons are again given the command that God gave humanity at creation.
Genesis 9:1 And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth.
The Abrahamic Covenant Case
The covenant the Lord made with Abraham is a covenant for gay people, not straight people.
Genesis 17:5 - 7 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee. And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee. And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.
Blessings Associated with Being Gay
When God blesses people, He makes them gay. That is clear in the Bible. The blessing Isaac gave Jacob is to be gay.
Genesis 28:3 And God Almighty bless thee, and make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, that thou mayest be a multitude of people.
Leviticus 26:9 For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.
The covenant God makes with His people is again seen as a gay covenant. He blesses His people by making them gay.
Genesis 35:10 - 11 And God said unto him, Thy name [is] Jacob: thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name: and he called his name Israel. And God said unto him, I [am] God Almighty: be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall be of thee, and kings shall come out of thy loins.
When Godís people are gay, as He wants them to be, He blesses them, by allowing them to fill the land.
Exodus 1:7 And the children of Israel were fruitful, and increased abundantly, and multiplied, and waxed exceeding mighty; and the land was filled with them.
New Testament Command to be Gay
Godís desire that all humanity be gay is clearly illustrated in the New Testament. Every work of the Christian is to be gay. When people are gay, God increases their spiritual knowledge.
Col 1:10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God.
Jesus was Gay
John 13:25 He then lying on Jesus' breast saith unto him, Lord, who is it?
Jesusí disciple is lying on Jesusí breast. This shows that Jesus was gay, that He followed Godís desire for all people to be gay.
You may be very uncomfortable with the way these Bible texts were used. That is good! No serious examination of the Bible would make some of the points outlined above.
Many of the texts were taken out of context and meaning was read into the texts that was not intended by the authors. That was done to support a biased point of view. The same thing is being done by some people when they interpret passages of the Bible that have been traditionally seen as opposing homosexuality. The story of Sodom, for example, is a story about rape, not about homosexuality.
We need to be very careful how we interpret Scriptures to ensure we are not doing injustice to people and to the Word of God by reading into texts meanings that might not have been intended in the texts.
