Queer Christians & Leisure
Gays, lesbians, and bisexuals have a broad range of leisure interests. The diversity of leisure interests in the gay community is as broad as it is in the straight community. Queer people might be active in almost every hobby and leisure activity.
Queer Christians understand that their leisure activities are part of their service for God. That does not mean that church work or humanitarian work replaces leisure activities. Being involved exclusively in the things of God is not living a balanced, healthy life. A Christian world view will impact on how GLBT Christians interact with others when they are involved in leisure pursuits.
